Ronan was delighted to welcome Louise O’Donohue of O’Donohues Bakery, John Comerford Chief Operating Officer at Carroll’s of Tullamore and Tony Ryan Head Chef at the Bridge House Hotel.
The well-known Tullamore businesses are celebrating 30, 40 and 50 years in operation this year and have launched a line of signature sandwiches available in the carvery of the hotel to mark the milestone year.
Ronan also took the opportunity to ask the trio about their Brexit strategies, the advantages of a midlands base and what makes their brands so popular.
