Head Chef – Tullamore D.E.W. Old Bonded Warehouse

Do you have a passion for culinary excellence with the ability to be responsible for the preparation and delivery of a high quality catering experience to both our internal and external customers? If so, then this could be the opportunity for you.

This exciting position is based in our Tullamore D.E.W. Visitor Centre where you’ll be supporting the ambitious plans of a growing global spirits company with a portfolio of premium brands, including Glenfiddich. You shall be expected to contribute to comprehensive improvement plans that support our drive for improved standards of service and operating costs at Tullamore D.E.W. Old Bonded Warehouse.

You must have previous experience of working as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a busy, high quality catering establishment, catering for larger numbers whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
