Polish National Has Manslaughter Charge Dropped

A Polish national has had a manslaughter charge dropped after the Court of Appeal said the jury’s verdict was “perverse”.
Nineteen-year old John Gorman had been killed when his car had been hit by Dariusz Alchimionek in Ballycrystal, Geashill in December 2015.
It’s now been overturned with a psyche examination to be carried out on Mr. Alchimionek.
