7% Rise In Price Of 3 Bedroom Home In Westmeath Since June

The price of a three bedroom semi-detached home in Westmeath has risen by seven per cent since June.

According to the Real Estate Alliance, the average in the county is now €150,000.

Offaly’s average rose by around 1.5 per cent in the three months to €142,000 while Laois experienced no change with an average of €135,000.

Nationally, the price of a three-bed semi has risen above €200,000 for the first time since the country emerged from the property crash.
