Ambulance Workers Are Planning More Industrial Action

Ambulance staff will decide next Friday when they’ll have their next strike.
500 members of the Psychiatric Nurses Association are on a 24-hour strike until 2pm today, in a row over union recognition.
The army is on standby in Athlone and six ambulances are available to be deployed if needed.
The HSE refuses to deal with the National Ambulance Service Representative Association, a branch of the PNA.
