An Offaly Man Is Begging The HSE To Provide Home Help For His Paralysed Wife

The family of an Offaly woman paralysed by a brain hemorrhage is once again begging the HSE to provide home help.

50 year old Joanne O Connor has spent the last two years in hospital.

Her husband Tommy says the house has been adapted for her needs and that they need 6 hours of help a day.
