Two new housing developments have been given the go-ahead in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath

Andrews Construction Limited lodged an application with the local authority to build a mixture of 12 three and four-bed houses at Cloon Lara while Helen McAvilly has applied to build six townhouses at Sunday’s Well Road.

Westmeath County Council has granted permission for both developments, with 13 conditions attached in each case.
