Flood Scheme Must Benefit Farmers Too Says IFA

The Irish Farmers Association says the government’s voluntary flood relocation scheme must include farmyards.
A memo is being brought to cabinet tomorrow by Longford-Westmeath TD Kevin Boxer Moran on plans to give people in affected areas up to 200,000 euro to move house.
Independent Alliance Deputy Moran also expects the two million euro plan will be expanded in the future.
