FF Will Pull Plug On Govt If Roads Are Not Improved – Troy
Written 8 months ago by Newsroom
A Longford Westmeath Fianna Fáil TD is warning that they will “pull the plug” on Government if road conditions are not improved.
Robert Troy was speaking during a Dáil debate on a motion by his party which calls for an extra €163m to be spent on local and regional routes this year.
The Transport Minister is being asked to give regular updates on actions being taken after a report found almost 70 per cent of regional roads have structural or surface defects.
Deputy Troy says the issue must be addressed.
