Gardaí Target Speed In 24-Hour Crackdown

Gardaí are out in force today as part of a 24-hour crackdown on speeding.
National “Slow Down Day” aims to remind people of the dangers of travelling too fast and to reduce collisions, injuries and save lives.
Among the areas being targeted today is the R419 at Kilbride, Portarlington.
Garda Derek Cloughley is from the National Roads Policing Bureau.
