Haven’t A “Hope In Hell” Of Hitting Carbon Targets

Fianna Fáil’s Transport Spokesperson says Ireland hasn’t a “hope in hell” of meeting its carbon emission targets from the EU.
Longford-Westmeath’s Robert Troy has made the comments during an exhange with Shane Ross an Oireachtas Committee meeting discussing the state’s purchases of a fleet of buses.
The Government has committed to only purchasing hybrid or electric vehicles from July 2019.
