“Some House Prices Have Come Down, Despite CSO Figs”

The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers claims some property prices in the Midlands have gone down despite bleak figures from the CSO today.

Research from the Central Statistics Office shows that the cost of a home across Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford had gone up by 11% – more than twice the national average.

CEO of IPAV, Pat Davitt, claims they haven’t changed too much over the last year.
