House Prices Rise By 4% In Laois In Three Months

House prices in Laois are showing the strongest growth in the region.
A report by Myhome.ie shows that the asking price of a three bed semi in the county jumped by almost 4 per cent in the past three months to €135,000.
The average in Westmeath rose by around 1 per cent to €140,000 while prices fell by around 1 per cent in Offaly to almost €129,000.
Report author and Chief Economist at Davy, Conall MacCoille says supply remains very low across the country.
