Midlands House Costs Rising Twice As Fast As National Average

Written 2 weeks ago by Hannah Murphy

House prices in the Midlands are continuing to rise twice as fast as the national average.

CSO figures for 2019 show that in January, property prices in Ireland increased by more than 5%.

The rate in the Midlands is more than double that.

It comes as there are over 200 homeless people across Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford, including 100 children.
