Midlands School To Bring Hot Meals To Students

A Midlands school is part of a new government scheme to bring hot meals to over 6,600 primary school students.

Ballymore national school in Westmeath will provide a hot lunch to their students from September under the new initiative.

The thirty six schools chosen across the country have been picked for their background the Delivering Equality of Opportunity in schools program.

The scheme was announced by the Employment affairs and social protection minister Regina Doherty in last years budget.
