Written 3 weeks ago by Newsroom
The Government is being urged to act on the future of post offices.
It comes after the Irish Postmasters’ Union rejected a new contract proposal from An Post following a meeting in Athlone.
Around 400 post offices are believed to be at risk of closure as part of cost cutting measures at the company.
General Secretary of the IPU is Ned O’Hara.
