Doctors connected with more than one case of medical negligence should have action taken against them, according to the head of a powerful Oireachtas Committee.
Sean Fleming says it’s something the Public Accounts Committee will have to examine in the future.
It’s after the State Claims Agency told politicians the current cases of medical negligence will cost 2.4 billion euro to settle.
