The sale of the Athlone Springs Hotel has been agreed.

Estate agents CBRE put the Monksland property on the market for €3.5m in March.

The four star hotel opened ten years ago and has 68 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, pool, gym and extensive car parking.

It is being sold as a going concern.
