Six retail units in Westmeath has been sold for €370,000.

The Bridgewater Development at St. Etchens Court in Kinnegad went under the hammer in today’s Bid X1 online auction and the guide price was matched by the only bidder earlier today.

Meanwhile a premises including a retail unit, and two one bed apartments at Oakcrest, Ballinderry Road in Mullingar sold for €311,000, which was €130,000 higher than the guide price.
