Soldiers from Athlone have uncovered €9,000 buried underground in Dublin.
Members of the 2nd Field Engineer Company from Custume Barracks made the finding using ground-penetrating radar yesterday afternoon.
The search was part of a Garda probe into the gangland shooting of Lee Boylan in Blanchardstown in March.
