Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a trailer and tool theft in Co. Offaly.

They were stolen from a farmyard in Lisclooney, Shannon Harbour overnight.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Banagher Garda Station on 057 9151310.

Tradespeople are being reminded to ensure their vans are properly secured after thousands of euro worth of tools were stolen in recent weeks.
