Westmeath Dad Taking On 200KM Run For Charity
Written 1 month ago by Mary Kate Findon
A Westmeath Dad is taking on a 200km run to give back to the Hospital which helps his toddler cope with a rare metabolic condition.
Paddy Marsh’s daughter isn’t able to break down protein, with the family becoming dependent on Temple Street as her diet and bloods need to be regularly monitored.
The Moate man, who now lives in Castledaly, is hoping to raise as much money as he can while running the Ring Of Kerry in September.
He says raising awareness of the facility’s work with rare conditions is also a drive for taking on the challenge.
