“Westmeath Deserves MRI After 2 Years Fundraising”

A group which has been campaigning for an MRI scanner in Westmeath for two years says the community deserves to see the fruits of their labour.
It comes as the Taoiseach has announced that no project will be cancelled as a result of overspends at the National Children’s Hospital – but some will be delayed.
€100 million is needed to fund the new children’s facility, of which only a quarter will come from the Health Department.
