Manchester City have claimed a 2-all draw against P-S-G after an error-strewn Champions League quarter-final in Paris.

City scored two away goals to give themselves a gilt-edged chance of reaching the semi-finals.

Kevin de Bruyne and Fernandinho were the City goalscorers in the club’s first Champions League quarter-final appearance.

P-S-G will rue an early missed penalty from Zlatan Ibrahimovic that could have earned them the win, although the Swedish striker did score one of the goals for the home side.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini is pleased with their position half-way through the tie

Wolfsburg shocked Spanish giants Real Madrid with a 2-nil win in Germany.

A penalty by full-back Ricardo Rodriguez and a clever close-range finish from Maximilian Arnold has put the Germans in pole position to knock Real out when they return to Madrid for the second-leg.

But Madrid forward Gareth Bale believes they can overturn the deficit next Tuesday
