Galway United On The Brink

Written 11 months ago by Midlands Sport

There’s one more relegation place to be decided on the final night of the 2017 SSE Airtricity Premier Division season.

Galway know that anything other than a win at home to Dundalk will consign them to a place in the second tier.

A win for Shane Keegan’s side at Eamonn Deacy Park could draw Sligo Rovers and St. Pat’s back into the conversation – both sides start the night three-points clear of Galway.

A point for Pat’s away to Derry, or for Sligo away to Drogheda will see them survive.

Champions Cork City will be presented with the league trophy following their game with Bray at Turner’s Cross.

All of tonight’s games have 7.45 starts.
