Huge Interest In All-Ireland Football Semi-Finals

Written 2 weeks ago by Sport Midlands

Up to 140,000 people are expected in Croke Park today and tomorrow to see the All-Ireland SFC semi-finals.

This evening’s clash of defending champions Dublin and Mayo is expected to be an 82,000 sell-out with Dublin favoured to come through as they pursue a historic five-in-a-row of All Ireland titles. However Mayo will be hoping to cause a shock on the day having knocked out Donegal last weekend. Throw in is at 5pm.

Tomorrow at 3.30pm the meeting of Tyrone and Kerry looks a very tight affair with nothing between the sides.

In the minor semi-finals Mayo play Cork today at 3pm and tomorrow it’s Galway versus Kerry at 1.30pm.
