Lowry Hoping For More Of The Same At Irish Open

Written 4 months ago by Newsroom

Shane Lowry says a good opening round at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open means he can look at moving up the leaderboard on day two, rather than chasing the cut.

The Clara man had a solid start yesterday and lies on four under par before teeing off today,

His round included three birdies in his final six holes.

Scoring continues to be low today with Daniel Im and John Rahm breaking the 10 under par mark.

Lowry is in positive form ahead of teeing off this afternoon.
