Twice All-Ireland winner with Offaly Kevin Martin could be unveiled as the Faithful County’s new senior hurling manager tonight.

The ex-Westmeath boss is the frontrunner to take over from Kevin Ryan ahead of tonight’s county board meeting.

The Irish Daily Mail reports that Martin was locked in talks with Offaly GAA chiefs last night to clarify a number of issues before accepting the nomination.

Kerry’s Stephen Wallace, who previously managed his native county to an All-Ireland junior title, is due be ratified as the county’s senior football boss.
