Mullingar Athletic Move Four Points Clear

Mullingar Athletic’s lead at the top of the Sunday Major Division of the Leinster Senior League is four points.

Athletic defeated fourth placed Manortown 4-0 at Gainstown overnight to extend their advantage over title rivals Inchicore and Huntstown/Hartstown.

Willow Park host Tullamore Town in the quarter-finals of the O’Neills LFA Womens Junior Cup at 8pm this evening.

Willow’s mens team look to keep the pressure on CCFL Senior Division leaders St Peter’s when they meet Monksland in an Athlone derby at 7pm – while at 6.30pm basement side Arlington travel to Mountmellick.
