West Indies Complete Thrilling Run Chase To Reach ICC T-20 World Cup Final

The West Indies pulled-off a dramatic run-chase to defeat tournament hosts India in today’s ICC T-20 semi-final in Mumbai.

After Virat Kohli’s knock of 89 runs off just 47 balls for the home side, India appeared to be on-top after setting the Windies a target of 193 to win.

But the Windies recovered from the early loss of their talisman Chris Gayle to bludgeon their way past the winning target – Lendl Simmons and Andre Russell got the winning runs as they claimed a seven-wicket victory that sets-up a final showdown against England on Sunday.
