Around 100 people braved the wet weather last night to celebrate the opening event of Tullamore Healthy Town 2017.

The two month initiative, in collaboration with Pfizer, will see free events and seminars being held in the town in order to improve the health and wellbeing of the community.

This year’s programme was launched with a walk around Lloyd Town Park.
