An excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator is now available at Midlands 103. This permanent position is onsite at our headquarters in Tullamore and available immediately!

Responsibilities
• Supports Finance function by handling general accounting tasks on a daily basis.
• Ensuring information is input accurately and promptly on Accounts IQ and our Acquira
booking system.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, including Debtor Management
• Issuing receipts and invoices
• Bank Reconciliation
• Filing, data entry
• Processing of fortnightly payroll
• Expense tracking and documentation
• Filing, data entry
• Day to day administration and clerical tasks
Experience
• Strong bookkeeping & IT Skills
• Previous experience in similar role
• Proficient in accountancy software and best practices
• Accounts IQ experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Diligent attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
