    Notice to the public from Roscore Clinic, they are a clinic of natural medicine, helping to support people’s health in the midlands. Where they have, and continue to play, an important role in supporting people health and especially at this critical time. They want to say that they will continue our service, supplying herbal medicine to the public, and to their patients. They will continue their consultation services. Relying on telephone and skype consultations, they are following HSE guidelines, similar to a GP visit. They wish that everyone keep safe and thank you all for your support through the years.

    The Midlands Traveller Health Unit and local Traveller organisation have a Traveller specific information helpline about coronavirus COVID-19, which is available to Travellers living in the counties of Laois, Offaly, Longford, Westmeath, Louth and Meath.

  • Birr Theatre & Arts Centre

    Further to the government announcement, Birr Theatre & Arts Centre will be closed from 6pm on Thursday 12 March 2020.
    This means the remaining performances of Birr Stage Guild’s The Hired Man will NOT be going ahead as scheduled. We will strive to reschedule events for a later date where possible but for now, we ask for your patience while we deal with this crisis. We will update you here and through social media over the coming week. Please keep safe.
