The Cosy Café is a new monthly Dementia Café opening in Kilbeggan Parish Centre, Harbour Rd, on Tuesday 8th October from 11am to 1pm for people living with Dementia, family members, friends and carers. Mucklagh Playground Committee are holding a Scrap Metal and Electrical Waste Collection Fundraiser on Saturday 21st September 10am – 4pm in Shamrocks GAA ground, Mucklagh. The Tower Inn, Timahoe are holding - "You are my sunshine swim". On Saturday the 15th of December. Liam Headen from the Tower Inn and Martina Cahill will be taking to the pool to swim a combined distance of 32km. and invite you to take part, let it be one length or 40, this challenge is for "everyone".
