Midlands 103 is seeking to recruit an Area Sales Manager for County Westmeath. We offer integrated multi-media advertising solutions to both local and national brands. These include spot campaigns on FM and online, programme sponsorships, product promotions and live events. We also deliver web display advertising, social media campaigns and high-quality video production tailored to client needs.
Area Sales Manager
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for the maintenance and development of advertising sales in an assigned territory, sufficient to meet both monthly and annual performance targets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sales performance within Company guidelines on rate structure to meet target on a monthly basis.
- Working closely with business leaders to better understand their commercial needs and goals.
- Seeking assistance and support from senior sales personnel for potential high-value campaigns.
- Communication of daily calls and results, including efficient use of CRM system and other Admin.
- Design, sell and implement imaginative marketing plans for customers. Communication of campaign bookings and scripts to the relevant staff on a timely basis and within Company guidelines.
- Manage credit control on assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- A background in sales, marketing or a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales & Marketing techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skill
The position commands a competitive basic salary, with a bonus and commission structure offering c€55,000 OTE + benefits.
