Dóchas is calling on additional investment from Government.

Cancer numbers in Ireland could be set to double by 2045, according to a midlands cancer charity.

Dóchas is highlighting the lack of investment in the Irish National Cancer Strategy, as well as developing issues like vaping and obesity.

They say the National Cancer Strategy, set out in 2016, isn't delivering on the promised the investment of €20 million every year up to €140 million.
