Combined Counties Leagues Could Have Alternate Format In 2021

Plans are all subject to when covid restrictions are lifted.

Amateur footballers in the midlands could be back on the pitch at the end March. 

That is the provisional plan of the Combined Counties Football League as they continue to explore their options for getting a full season in. 

Chairman Kevin Egan acknowledges teams will need to be given a two or three week lead in period before the resumption.

The league had been due to welcome a number of new teams in 2021.
