Sally-Ann Barrett

Sally-Ann is a multiplatform broadcaster and audio producer with extensive news and current affairs experience in local, regional and national radio.

She currently works as a Multimedia Journalist and presents Saturday Focus on Midlands 103, with skills in news production, documentary and podcast production, communications and political analysis. She has produced and presented audio projects that have won the John Healy Journalism Award, the IMRO Best Documentary Award and the Gay Byrne Media Award.

As a storyteller, she has a special interest in history, which has led to the independent production of numerous radio documentaries as well as the collection and broadcast of oral history and heritage stories through the podcast medium.
