A 12-year-old midlands boy says he never stops thinking of new inventions. Tomás Ramsbottom has come up with an idea for a pet friendly training collar. He told Will Faulkner that his dog Penny likes to ramble and he's not a fan of shock collars. He took home an award from the Intel Mini Scientist competition for his project. The 6th class student at Timahoe National School and his mum Liz have been speaking with Will Faulkner:
