A 12-year-old midlands boy says he never stops thinking of new inventions. Tomás Ramsbottom has come up with an idea for a pet friendly training collar. He told Will Faulkner that his dog Penny likes to ramble and he's not a fan of shock collars. He took home an award from the Intel Mini Scientist competition for his project.
