A developer is hoping to deliver 10,000 new homes over the next three years.
Toomevara's Ciaran Fitzpatrick, is Co-founder and Managing Director of Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes says they are looking for land in order to scale up their business.
He has been speaking with Will Faulkner on Midlands Today and believes their targets can be met once they can fire up a number of projects simultaneously and construct at scale.
