A Westmeath musician says her music career has given her platform to raise awareness about activism.
Tanya O Callaghan, has toured, recorded and written with legends like Whitesnake, Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden and Guns N’ Roses' Steven Adler.
She says her home town of Mullingar is so musical, it was hard not to pick it up.
She has been speaking with Sally-Ann Barratt on the Midlands Today.
