TUS Athlone FREE Fitness Testing Day for Postmenopausal Women starting 10th June. Participants will take part in a series of simple physical tests, including assessments of strength, flexibility, aerobic fitness, and body. Each participant will receive their fitness level results and practical information on the benefits of physical activity and nutrition during this stage of life.
