The act involved him hanging from the cockpit window.
A pilot has gone viral for an act of kindness that involved him hanging from the cockpit window - while the plane was on the ground.
South West Airlines staff spotted a phone had been left behind during boarding at Long Beach Airport in Los Angeles.
Ground crew worked together to get the phone out onto the tarmac, where the plane was waiting for permission to leave the gate.
However the stairs had been moved on to another flight - so crew members took turns trying to jump up and pass the phone to the pilot - successfully.
