Aer Lingus Launch New Daily Service From West Of Ireland

The first flight landed at 1.45 yesterday afternoon.

There's good news for those hoping to jet off from the west of the country.

Aer Lingus has started a new daily service connecting Ireland West Airport to London Heathrow in Britain.

The first flight took the skies yesterday and landed at Knock at 1.45pm.      

Ireland West Airport Managing Director Joe Gilmore says it'll open up other destinations:
