Carolyn O'Sullivan, who runs Not Another White Dress, believes the pandemic has freed brides from following certain wedding traditions.

The designer told the Irish Daily Mail that before Queen Victoria popularised the white bridal dress in 1840, women used to wear colourful dresses on their wedding day that could be re-purposed.
