Cafés Will Not Have To Accept Unwashed Coffee Cups

Cafés will not be obliged to accept unwashed coffee cups from customers, when the "Latte Levy" kicks in.

Under the Circular Economy Bill, businesses will have the right to refuse dirty or flimsy cups and give a disposable one instead - at the cost of 20c.
