Almost two thirds of Irish mothers say the childcare shortage is having a negative impact on their career. 

A new survey of 4,000 parents by 'EveryMum' found 66% are feeling increasing levels of anxiety while over half said they're experiencing burnout.

Despite 45% believing speaking to a mental health professional would benefit them, just one quarter of mums surveyed have sought help.
