A Laois festival has announced the final line up ahead of this weekends events.
Renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School and TV Chef Rory O’Connell, is the latest addition to the Folly Fest lineup.
At 2pm, on ‘The Rocks’ Rory will do a cookery demo with Laois Taste, using all locally-sourced products.
The demo will take place in the artisan food and craft market.
The festival is taking place July 5th and 6th in Nancy’s Yard, beneath Cullohill Castle, in Laois.
