It gets underway from Tullamore Harriers Athletic Grounds, Tullamore and sign in starts at 8am.
The 50km Kinnitty Village cycle has a total elevation of 162km and leaves and the route leaves Tullamore to Killurin, and onto Coolagh Cross, through Cadamstown. There will be a food stop at Kinnitty Community Centre.
The 85km Base of the Blooms passes through the Slieve Bloom mountains. It will pass through Killeigh, Mountmellick, Rosenallis, Clonaslee and Kinnitty Village.
100% of the proceed will go to Offaly Hospice and the Irish Kidney Association.
