Tina Turner Suing German Tribute Act

The American singer says she has the right to choose how her name and image are used commercially.

Tina Turner is suing a German lookalike, for using her name and likeness to promote a tribute act.

The "Simply the Best" singer says the doppelganger looks too much like her and says she has the right to decide how her name and image are used for commercial purposes.

Coco Fletcher, who bears a strong resemblance to the 81 year old singer, maintains that only the "chronically stupid" would mistake a tribute act for the real thing.
